Every item we source is genuine, we have never, and will never, sell fakes.

We’re based in London / Essex and we’re just online, we don’t have a shop (yet).

We are a personal shopping / styling service, every order we take is dealt with by a member of our team and we pride ourselves on that. We feel by putting items on a website for someone to purchase, it takes away that personal touch and as a result, we don’t operate that way.

We understand there’s a lot of trust behind every order you place, particularly your first order. We can only point to the fact that we have been operating on instagram for a number of years now and we’re still here. If we were ripping people off or selling fakes then we’d be long gone.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

We prefer bank transfer as it’s instant and there’s no fees involved for our clients. We can also process card payments via iZettle where we send a secure payment link but there’s a 2.5% processing fee. Lastly, we accept PayPal but there’s a 3% PayPal fee, it’s what they charge.

We offer an exchange only (no refunds) within 1 week after delivery. Items that are specially sourced are excluded from this.

We charge a fee for our SERVICE. Every item we sell has been sourced, hand picked, packed, and delivered by us, to you. We charge a small fee for doing so. It’s that simple. The majority of what we source is sold at, or below RRP.

No, we don’t buy or sell in bulk / at wholesale prices.

In a word, no. We source from all over the world and have contacts in many different places. We’ve worked hard to establish the contacts that we have so won’t be giving away those for free.

We don’t do giveaways in exchange for posts & we don’t offer highly reduced rates either if that’s what you’re after! We are however open to collabs if we feel it’s the right opportunity.

Please be more specific, what have thousands of pics and hundreds of products on our page. It will really help if you’re able to send a few pics of what you like so we have something to work from - please also indicate what size you’d like.

Again, please be more specific. It’s likely that we have at least 10 different styles available in each brand - send a pic of the item you’d like so speed up the process.

It depends what the item is & where you’re based to be honest. Most items take 2/3 days.
